Mallori Lockett's real estate career began twenty years ago, through the purchase of her own home in the DC Metro area. Throughout that first home buying experience – from selecting a realtor to closing on her townhome – Mallori faced avoidable challenges that led to this epiphany: Customers and clients don't need agents; they need real estate ADVOCATES. Shortly thereafter, Mallori joined Coldwell Banker because as she often states, "Coldwell Banker has always understood that a valued client begins with an expert real estate broker. And the expert real estate brokers are at Coldwell Banker".

Mallori's professionalism representing her clients resulted in employment as a new homes sales manager. Mallori was employed for several years by various residential home developers whose housing products ranged from 700 sq. ft condominiums, to 6000+ sq. ft single family homes. It was inevitable that her real estate advocate philosophy would eventually lead her to property management for several condominium and homeowner associations. And serendipitous to have property managed in communities for which she had previously sold homes.

An opportunity to manage a community in Chicagoland brought Mallori back to this area. A true Chicago native whose family and friends are spread out on the South Side, North Side and suburbs, there isn't a Chicago community that Mallori hadn't lived in, visited, shopped or partied. Mallori's professional career has come completely full circle through proudly joining the Coldwell Banker Hyde Park office.

Mallori distinguishes herself among realtors because she continues to advocate for her clients in their goals to increase their net worth, through the purchasing and selling of real estate (and property managing for real estate investors).
